Job Description

Kizuna Sozo is looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience with social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, and analytics.

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads and improve ROI.
- Handle SEO (On-page & Off-page).
- Manage social media platforms.
- Create content strategies and marketing calendars.
- Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics.
- Improve website rankings and conversions.
- Email marketing and WhatsApp marketing.
- Research competitors and market trends.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer and Video Editor for campaign creatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Optimize campaigns based on KPIs.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Ads.
- Basic SEO knowledge.
- Understanding of Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with Canva or Figma is a plus.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
