Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across Ads, social media platforms.

2. Create, ideate run, and optimize campaigns on Ads, social media platforms.

3. Manage monthly ad budgets and improve ROI, CPA, and ROAS

4. Create and test performance creatives in collaboration with content & design teams

5. Track campaign performance using Analytics tools

6. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging and effective ads.

7. Optimize local SEO presence. Report weekly/monthly performance with insights and suggestions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

2. 1–5 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in Ads, social media advertising, and other relevant platforms.

3.



Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.

4. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and advertising tools.

5. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

6. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and drive creative solutions

.7. Passion for the restaurant and hospitality industries is a plus.
