Key Responsibilities

- Beverage Crafting: Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, teas, and specialty drinks.
- Dialing In: Adjust grind size, dose, and extraction times daily to maintain optimal flavor profiles.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and answer questions about our coffee origins and menu.
- POS Operation: Process cash and card payments efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Hygiene & Maintenance: Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, equipment, and seating areas throughout the shift.
- Machine Care: Perform daily backflushing of espresso groups, clean steam wands, and empty grinder hoppers.
- Restocking: Maintain inventory by replenishing coffee beans, milk, syrups, pastries, cups, and lids.
- Food Safety: Follow all health, safety,



and sanitation guidelines for food and beverage handling. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: Proven experience as a Barista or in a food service/hospitality role is preferred.
- Technical Skill: Basic knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing (microfoam) techniques.
- Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift light loads for long periods during a shift.
- Speed: Robust multitasking skills to handle high-volume rush hours smoothly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility: Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
