Sr. Marketing Executive / Marketing Specialist

Experience: 6 Months+
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) – Mandatory
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:-

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Generate quality leads and improve campaign performance.
- Manage Social Media, SEO, and Performance Marketing.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies and external stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance, Cost Per Lead (CPL), ROI, and other KPIs.
- Handle monthly and yearly marketing budgets.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to improve lead conversion.
- Use AI tools for creative development, market research, and data analysis.

Mandatory Requirements (Please Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These)

- Bachelor's Degree (Graduation).
- Fluent English communication (Verbal & Written).
- Hands-on experience in running marketing campaigns independently.
- Proven experience in Lead Generation with measurable results.




- Robust understanding of Cost Per Lead (CPL), ROI, and campaign performance.
- D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) marketing experience is mandatory.
- Experience managing Social Media, SEO, and Performance Marketing.
- Experience coordinating with marketing agencies.
- Experience handling monthly and yearly marketing budgets.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Canva, and AI tools.

Preferred Background: B2C / D2C Brand or Marketing Agency.
