Job Description
The primary responsibility is to act as the initial point of contact for schools reporting technical issues. The person will gather essential details, set expectations, and hand over the case to technical experts for remote or telephone resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initial Contact & Communication: Make outbound calls or receive inbound calls from the school to log into their technical complaints and concerns.
- Information Gathering: Collect and document basic, actionable information (e.g., school name, user details, exact error messages, device types) so technical experts can understand the context.
- Expectation Setting: Professionally inform the school that a specialized technical team will contact them shortly to resolve the issue over a remote session or on a call.
- Customer Service: Maintain a courteous, qualified, and empathetic tone to ensure the client feels supported and informed while they await technical assistance.
- Excel Data Maintenance: Log every call accurately in a master Excel sheet, capturing fields like school ID, contact info, issue brief, and ticket status.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
