We are looking for a dedicated and skilled NICU Staff Nurse to provide specialized care to newborns in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The Candidate will be responsible for monitoring, treatment support, and ensuring high quality neonatal care.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and assess vital signs of newborns in NICU
- Provide intensive care support to premature and critically ill infants
- Assist neonatologists during procedures and emergency situations
- Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure infection control and hygiene protocols are followed
- Educate and support parents regarding newborn care
- Handle NICU equipment such as incubators, ventilators, and monitors

Requirements

- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing
- Valid Nursing Registration
- Experience: 0–2 years (NICU experience preferred)
- Freshers with robust interest in NICU can also apply

Skills Required





- Basic knowledge of neonatal care
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle critical situations calmly
- Attention to detail and patient care focus

Preferred

- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) trained candidates
- Experience in ventilator handling
