Exterior Trim Design Engineer

Location: Hinjewadi, Pune.

Experience: 5–10+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Exterior Trim Design Engineer with expertise in automotive exterior systems such as Front & Rear Bumpers, Radiator Grilles, Claddings, Wheel Arch Liners, Side Steps, Rear Spoilers, Roof Rails, and Plenum Covers.

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience in automotive exterior trim design & development.
- Hands-on expertise in CATIA V5 (Surfacing, Solid Modeling, Drafting & Assembly).
- Experience in concept development, feasibility studies, packaging, benchmarking, and tooling.
- Knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS, GD&T;, DFMEA, DVP, and CAE requirements.
- Experience with RPS creation, master sections, hard points, and vehicle-level drawings.
- Robust project coordination, documentation, and customer communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team of 3–5 members and act as the single point of contact for customers and internal teams.
