Core Responsibilities

- 4Cs Grading: Evaluate diamonds for carat weight, cut proportions, color variations, and internal or external clarity characteristics.
- Sorting & Grouping: Segregate large parcels of stones into matched batches with consistent traits for specific jewelry pieces.
- Defect Identification: Inspect stones under magnification using loupes or microscopes to identify inclusions, blemishes, or non-conforming qualities, and remove them from standard batches.
- Tool Operation: Utilize accurate gemological instruments (gauges, tweezers, microscopes, and fluorescence lights) to accurately measure and assess the stones.
- Record Keeping & Inventory: Maintain detailed logs of incoming, assorted, and outgoing diamonds, often using inventory management systems.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work alongside procurement teams, designers, and manufacturing units to ensure that selected diamonds meet the specific quality and budget requirements for the jewelry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
