- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process.
- Analyze variances and trends to support business performance improvement.
- Develop and execute effective tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of corporate tax returns.
- Stay up to date with local and international tax laws (e.g., transfer pricing, VAT/GST, indirect taxes).
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Assess tax implications of new business initiatives and provide guidance on tax-efficient structuring.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
