We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our HR team. The candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly recruitment reports.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
- Support the HR team with other recruitment and administrative activities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
