- Inspect and perform regular maintenance checks on elevators and escalators
- Identify and troubleshoot defects or malfunctions using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Install and repair elevator mechanisms and electrical wiring to ensure proper functioning
- Conduct safety tests and periodic inspections as per industry standards and regulations
- Respond to emergency call-outs for elevator and escalator breakdowns
- Replace faulty or worn-out components such as motors, switches, and control systems
- Maintain service records of all maintenance and repair work carried out
- Communicate with building management regarding elevator performance and safety issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in elevator technology and systems
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians or apprentices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
