About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through various outbound and inbound lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential prospects through online platforms and databases.
- Generate high-quality leads using LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, social media, and other channels.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and customer needs.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation activities and prepare reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements





- 1–2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms is an added advantage.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of B2B sales processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
