Anodizing Supervisor

Experience: 4–5 Years (Mandatory: Anodizing Experience Only)
Location: Chakan

Note: Only candidates with hands-on experience in an anodizing plant are requested to apply. Profiles without anodizing experience will not be considered.

Qualification:

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry OR
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise operation and maintenance of the Anodizing Plant and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).
- Handle erection, commissioning, and operation of the complete anodizing system, including:
- Rectifiers, pumps, busbars, pipelines
- Exhaust scrubbers, chillers, root blowers
- Conduct chemical analysis of anodizing baths to ensure process consistency and product quality.
- Monitor and control anodizing process parameters such as:
- Chemical composition, pH, pressure, temperature, and current
- Operate and optimize ETP parameters to ensure effective wastewater treatment, recycling, and reuse.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards.




- Perform daily maintenance checks and ensure safe and reliable equipment operation.
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
- Achieve production and quality targets as per company standards.
- Train, manage, and supervise plant operators and new team members.
- Conduct HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis) to maintain a protected working environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and execute preventive maintenance schedules.

Skills Required:

- Strong hands-on experience in anodizing processes (mandatory)
- Sound knowledge of process chemistry and parameter control
- Experience in ETP operation and wastewater management
- Leadership and team-handling skills
- Strong troubleshooting and maintenance capability
- High commitment to safety, quality, and productivity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,658.23 - ₹37,017.06 per month
