Job Requirements

Drive Customer service deliverables across the jewelry network of (city) territory / region and expanding service access in line with all boutique’s (product sales coverage).Responsible for territory / regional service centre & network service requirements  Servicing of after sales products – ensuring repair / modification quality, on time service, lead time reduction, cost reduction  Drive modification services within region, place relevant processes and methodology and achieve revenue target  Responsible for regional stores service TAT, Quality, Revenue and initiatives  Anchor Karigar Recruitment process and drive skill upgradation program for store Karigars  Drive various service programs and initiatives across network  Ensure Vendor lead time,



Payment and on time material reconciliation  Developing current vendors & management for service vendors in the region  Co-ordination with internal supply departments such as commercial systems, technical services in day-to- day execution and improvement areas  Analyzing & providing feedback to mfg on factory defects for preventive action

Work Experience

Any Graduate / Postgraduate / Diploma with 3-5 years experience in jewellery industry, preferably in Studded Jewellery manufacturing / Inspection areas. Certification / experience in gemology will be added advantage  Knowledge / Certification in Diamond and color stone  System knowledge and presentation skills  Passion for Customer service  Good communication skill with proficiency in Hindi & English.
