Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Event Handler to plan, coordinate, and execute events smoothly. The ideal candidate will oversee event logistics, manage vendors, coordinate with clients, and ensure exceptional attendee experiences while resolving any on-site issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate & facilitate events from conception to completion.

Manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and transportation.

Coordinate & manage different stakeholders - clients, vendors, suppliers.

Supervise event setup, execution, and dismantling.

Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards.

Ensure adherence to event timelines and schedules.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues during events.

Must be able to shoot proper video of the entire event.

Monitor event budgets and maintain cost efficiency.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.





Prepare post-event reports and gather client feedback.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in event management or coordination.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
