Avias India is a premium stainless steel kitchenware brand with a strong presence across marketplaces and our D2C website. We are looking for a Website Operations Executive to manage day-to-day website operations and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage website orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely order fulfillment.
- Update product listings, pricing, offers, and inventory on the website.
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
- Manage returns, refunds, and order-related issues.
- Monitor website performance and report any operational issues.
- Maintain daily order and customer service records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth website operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, website operations, or customer support.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and online order management.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
