About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Coordinator who has exposure to People & Culture activities and can support day-to-day HR operations while creating a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
- Support employee onboarding, documentation and induction.
- Assist with employee engagement and People & Culture initiatives.
- Coordinate internal activities, events and employee engagement programs.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave and other HR-related queries.
- Coordinate with employees and managers for HR requirements.




- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Support HR communication and ensure a positive employee experience.

Required Skills

- 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR / HR Coordination / People & Culture.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Energetic, approachable and people-oriented personality.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
