Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Java Full-Stack Developer with knowledge of Java Spring Boot and React.js technologies. The ideal candidate should be passionate about software development, eager to learn modern AI-assisted coding practices, and comfortable working with tools such as Claude AI and other AI coding assistants.

The candidate should have a basic understanding of prompt engineering, the ability to interpret and validate AI-generated code, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js
- Work with REST APIs, backend services, and frontend UI components
- Use AI tools such as Claude to accelerate development and improve productivity
- Understand, review, and refine AI-generated code before implementation
- Create effective prompts for AI coding assistants to generate better outputs
- Debug, test, and optimize application performance
- Collaborate with senior developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding best practices
- Learn and adapt to new technologies and development methodologies

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Java (Core & Advanced concepts) and Spring Boot
- Understanding of React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON
- Basic understanding of databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of Git/version control systems
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Docker or CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with OpenAI, Claude, or GitHub Copilot workflows

2. AI & Prompt Engineering Skills

- Experience using Claude AI or similar AI coding tools
- Understanding of prompt engineering concepts
- Ability to analyze and understand AI-generated code
- Capability to modify, debug, and optimize generated solutions
- Awareness of AI-assisted software development workflows

3. Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or MCA
- Internship/project experience in Java full-stack development
- Exposure to cloud platforms or DevOps concepts is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-learning attitude and willingness to experiment with AI tools

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹292,000.00 per year
