About the Role

Square Business Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have experience in BPO recruitment and be capable of managing end-to-end hiring for Voice and Non-Voice processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Voice and Non-Voice BPO requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Manage offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide daily/weekly hiring MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
- Coordinate with operations to understand hiring priorities and workforce requirements.




- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in BPO recruitment.
- Experience in bulk/volume hiring is preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, Shine, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹14,293.58 - ₹25,011.20 per month
