Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

About the Internship

EOD Adventure Park is looking for enthusiastic and passionate HR Recruitment Interns to join our HR team. This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations, making it an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates looking to start their HR career.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.





Eligibility

- Freshers and students are welcome.
- Pursuing or completed Graduation, BBA, MBA, B.Com, BA, or any equivalent qualification.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
