Job Summary
As a Subject Matter Expert in AIX Administration and Power HA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely resolution of escalated incidents while adhering to quality standards. Your expertise will not only enhance operational efficiency but also contribute to customer satisfaction by providing valuable insights and guidance to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure Timely Resolution And Quality Compliance Of Escalated Incidents In Aix Administration And Power Ha As Per Agreed Slas, Maintaining High Standards Of Operational Excellence.
2. Mentor Team Members And Administrators, Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation To Promote Knowledge Sharing And Continuous Improvement.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Ensure Human Error Compliance While Actively Participating In Capacity Planning For Aix Environments.

Foster Positive Customer Relationships By Actively Engaging In Meetings To Assess And Address Issues, Ensuring High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction.
