Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Human Resources Intern. As a Human Resources Intern, you will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to HR management, including policy implementation, employee benefits, personnel management, and supporting various HR initiatives. This role will provide practical experience and exposure to various aspects of HR in a professional setting.

Qualifications





- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Understanding of HR management and policies
- Familiarity with employee benefits and personnel management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Relevant coursework or previous internship experience in HR is a plus
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment

Job Type: Internship

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
