About the Role Lead project management support for large-scale Treasury, Finance, ERP, and digital transformation programmes, partnering with workstream leads and driving alignment across teams to ensure structured delivery. The role involves managing delivery plans, governance forums, and programme health, with a focus on integrated planning and stakeholder engagement. Success in this role means delivering complex programmes with discipline and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project management support for large-scale Treasury, Finance, ERP, and digital transformation programmes.
- Partner with workstream leads to manage delivery plans, governance forums, milestones, risks, dependencies, actions, and reporting.
- Support integrated planning across Treasury, Finance, Technology, ERP, intercompany, banking, analytics, and process transformation workstreams.
- Prepare leadership updates, dashboards, Steering Committee materials, RAID logs, and programme health reports.
- Drive alignment across business, technology, vendor, and programme teams to ensure structured delivery.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure programme success.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement, workshops,



and leadership communication.

Requirements

- Manage finance transformation project management and PMO governance.
- Have experience with Treasury, banking, ERP, TMS, intercompany, and digital programme exposure.
- Possess strong planning, dependency management, risk and issue management, governance, and reporting skills.
- Demonstrate stakeholder engagement, workshop coordination, leadership communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Have experience with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models.
- Have 8–10+ years of Finance and Digital project management experience.
- Have experience supporting complex business and technology transformation programmes.

Good to Have

- Prior exposure to Treasury, Banking, Finance, ERP, system implementation, or business process transformation.
