Job Purpose

To ensure product quality by performing inspections, maintaining quality records, resolving quality issues, and ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of raw materials, components, and finished products.

Maintain quality inspection reports, records, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and company procedures.

Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Purchase departments to resolve quality-related issues.

Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Handle non-conforming products and maintain NCR records.

Participate in internal quality audits and support continuous improvement activities.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of measuring instruments.

Monitor daily quality performance and report quality issues to the Quality Manager.





Support customer inspections whenever required.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of quality inspection processes

Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier Calliper, Micrometre, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.)

Basic knowledge of 7 QC Tools, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis

Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T; (preferred)

Knowledge of ISO 9001 documentation and quality procedures

MS Excel and basic ERP knowledge

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
