Quality Inspector Job Description

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Summary:
A Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products and materials meet established quality standards and specifications. They inspect, test, and measure products at various stages of production, identify defects, maintain inspection records, and work with production teams to improve product quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using measuring instruments.
- Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformities.
- Verify that products comply with quality standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain accurate inspection and testing records.
- Assist in investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality management systems.




- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality.
- Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment as required.

Qualifications:

- Qualifications:
- 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of quality inspection or manufacturing processes is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Positive observation, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Salary:₹14,500 to ₹15,000 per month, based on qualifications, skills, and interview performance.
- Location: Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
