Job Title: Account Executive (Accountant)

Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may apply)
Qualification: B.Com or related field
Salary: Up to 30,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial documentation, along with proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.

- Prepare and maintain financial records using Tally.

- Handle GST, TDS, PTRC, and Income Tax compliance.

- Prepare invoices, receipts, and billing documents.

- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.





- Support internal teams with accounting and financial reporting activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.

- Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR, and PTRC compliance.

- Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel.

- Good understanding of bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
