Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for planning content, creating engaging posts, managing social media platforms, increasing audience engagement, and supporting brand awareness and lead-generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media content calendars and strategies.
- Create engaging content, including posts, captions, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, admissions, and other internal teams for content creation.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to improve brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and audience engagement and respond appropriately.
- Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze engagement, reach, follower growth, leads,



and campaign performance.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Support photography, videography, event coverage, and promotional activities when required.

Skills & Requirements

- Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Good content-writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, or similar software.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and paid advertising will be an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the education, school, preschool, or service industry.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Basic photography and videography skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
