We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic IVF Counsellor to guide and support patients throughout their treatment journey. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in patient communication, coordination, and overall experience management.

Preferable candidates: BHMS or Bachelors' in Psychology or Masters' in Psychology or having experience of working in Healthcare or IVF Center.

- Provide financial counselling for IVF and other fertility treatments
- Act as a bridge between doctor and patient for smooth communication
- Address patient queries and provide clear, accurate information
- Conduct regular follow-ups with patients and maintain updates
- Serve as a care manager throughout the patient’s treatment journey
- Maintain and update patient records and data systematically
- Coordinate with the accounts team for treatment payments and billing
- Ensure a supportive and compassionate patient experience
