Novello Hotels Group is a growing hospitality brand committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences across our hotel portfolio. We are looking for a results-driven Revenue Manager who can maximize hotel revenue, optimize pricing strategies, and improve overall profitability across our properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement revenue management strategies for all hotel properties.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns.
- Manage room inventory and dynamic pricing across OTAs and direct booking channels.
- Analyze daily pickup, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and forecasting reports.
- Optimize distribution channels to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales, Reservations, Front Office, and Marketing teams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports for management.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and improve overall hotel performance.
- Ensure rate parity and maintain pricing consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor online travel agencies (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Expedia, etc.) and recommend strategic pricing adjustments.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business, or related field.




- 3–5+ years of experience in Hotel Revenue Management.
- Strong knowledge of OTA extranets and channel managers.
- Experience with PMS, CRS, RMS, and hotel distribution systems.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Strong understanding of ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, Yield Management, and Forecasting.
