2Process Optimization & Productivity Management Support implementation of productivity improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, Kaizen) Monitor and reduce extra costs, idle time, and process inefficiencies
3Material & Resource Efficiency Assist in monitoring material consumption and wastage control Ensure productive utilization of tools and machines for optimal output
4Quality Assurance & Compliance Conduct in-process inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards Maintain 5S and Visual Management (VM) on the shop floor
5Equipment & Safety Compliance Ensure timely maintenance and availability of tools and dies Enforce safety protocols, PPE usage, and conduct safety trainings
6People & Team Coordination Coordinate with production supervisors and operators for smooth workflow Identify training needs and participate in skill development programs
7Continuous Improvement & Cost Reduction Identify and implement cost-saving measures in production Maintain records as required by statutory and quality compliance (ISO, IMS)
