About the Role

Ostrinus Rentals is seeking a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the heavy equipment rental or sales industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling or renting Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, Cranes, and Forklifts, along with a strong network in the construction and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
- Promote and sell/rent Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, Cranes, and Forklifts.
- Visit construction sites, warehouses, manufacturing units, infrastructure projects, and industrial clients to identify business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, project managers, warehouse operators, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment rental and sales solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close rental/sales deals.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely equipment delivery and excellent customer service.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.




- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and pipeline updates.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in heavy equipment sales or rentals.
- Proven experience in selling or renting Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, Cranes, and Forklifts.
- Strong understanding of the construction equipment rental industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and site inspections.
- Must possess a valid driving license (preferred).
