Job Summary:
We are looking for confident and target-oriented Male & Female Tele Callers to join our collection team in Ernakulam. Candidates with prior experience in collection calling or customer handling are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer follow-up and collection calls.
- Maintain good customer interaction and communication.
- Follow up on pending payments and updates.
- Maintain call records and customer details.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills in Malayalam & English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers confidently.
