Tendering Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant tenders through various e-tendering portals.
- Prepare, compile, review, and submit tender documents within specified timelines.
- Analyze tender eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect technical, financial, and compliance documents.
- Upload bids on different e-tendering portals and ensure successful submission.
- Monitor tender status, corrigenda, bid openings, and result announcements.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with tender terms, conditions, and company policies.
- Track bid outcomes and prepare analysis reports to improve future bid success.
- Maintain confidentiality of tender-related information and documentation.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Government e-Tendering processes.
- Experience working on GeM Portal and other e-tendering platforms such as CPPP, eProcure, Tender Tiger,



and State Government portals.
- Robust documentation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF editing tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Knowledge

- GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal.
- CPP Portal (Central Public Procurement Portal).
- eProcure portals of Central and State Governments.
- Tender Tiger and other commercial tender portals.
- Digital Signature Certificates (DSC), bid submission process, and online procurement systems.

Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
