About the Role:

We're looking for Luxury Fashion Consultants who are passionate about fashion, styling and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This isn't a conventional retail sales role. You'll act as a personal style advisor, helping customers discover frames that complement their personality while ensuring every visit reflects Eluno's premium standards.

What You'll Do:

- Deliver a warm, personalized and premium in-store customer experience.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend frames based on face shape, style and lifestyle.
- Guide customers through the complete eyewear journey, from styling consultation to purchase.
- Coordinate seamlessly with optometrists during eye examinations and frame selection.
- Explain frame materials, lens options, craftsmanship and product features with confidence.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Process billing,



maintain CRM records and follow up with customers when required.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment and store operations.
- Follow store SOPs and maintain the highest standards of execution.
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.

We're Looking For:

- 1–3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail preferred (fashion, lifestyle, beauty, jewellery, watches, premium electronics, eyewear or hospitality).
- Freshers with excellent communication and strong customer-facing skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills.
- A polished, well-groomed and confident personality.
- Genuine interest in fashion, styling and premium brands.
- Solid sense of ownership and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays and rotational shifts.
- Someone who enjoys creating delightful customer experiences rather than simply making sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
