Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Santacruz East, Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations independently.
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Manage sales, purchase, payment, receipt, journal, and contra entries.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
- Generate invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and other accounting documents.
- Prepare GST workings and coordinate for GST return filing.
- Assist in TDS calculations, statutory compliance, and audits.
- Prepare MIS reports and support monthly and yearly closing activities.
- Monitor receivables and payables and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation,



and accounting principles.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in a manufacturing or textile industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and ERP systems.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: As per company standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
