About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our premium bespoke furniture retail team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, enjoys building relationships with customers, and thrives in a consultative sales environment. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping clients discover customized furniture solutions that suit their lifestyle and spaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a personalized and elevated customer experience aligned with the brand's premium positioning.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.
- Guide clients through the bespoke furniture selection and customization process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Stay informed about product collections, materials, finishes, craftsmanship, and industry trends.
- Manage sales documentation, quotations, customer records, and follow-up communications.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure the showroom is maintained to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with design, operations, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Conduct occasional home visits with clients to understand space requirements and provide personalized shopping assistance.
- Be available to work weekends and during peak retail trading periods.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in retail sales,



preferably in premium furniture, home décor, lifestyle, luxury retail, or related sectors.
- Strong passion for learning, customer engagement, and delivering outstanding service.
- Understanding of retail sales dynamics, customer journeys, and showroom operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in consultative selling and handling discerning clientele.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple customer interactions effectively.
- Comfortable conducting occasional client home visits and representing the brand professionally outside the showroom.
- Proficiency with basic retail systems, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms is an advantage.

Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
