Programming

- Develop CNC programs using Siemens control.
- Create current programs from engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Modify and optimize existing programs to reduce cycle time.
- Select suitable machining strategies for productivity and tool life.
- Prove out new programs before production release.
- Maintain program backups and revision records.

Machine Setting

- Perform complete machine setup independently.
- Install and align tooling, holders, jaws, fixtures, and workholding.
- Set tool offsets and work offsets.
- Conduct first-off inspection and obtain quality approval.
- Optimize cutting parameters for stable production.

Process Optimization

- Reduce cycle time without affecting quality.
- Improve tool life through parameter optimization.
- Recommend tooling improvements.
- Support productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.

Quality Responsibilities

- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and tolerance requirements.




- Measure components using:
- Vernier calipers
- Micrometers
- Bore gauges
- Height gauges
- Thread gauges
- Dial indicators
- Ensure first-piece and in-process inspections meet specifications.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.

Production Responsibilities

- Achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor tool wear and replace tools as required.
- Minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain production records.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
