Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Security Officer with 7–10 years of experience in the hospitality industry to oversee the safety and security operations of our property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security of guests, employees, visitors, and company assets while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily security operations and manage security personnel across the property.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, and assets.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems, access control, and fire & life safety systems.
- Conduct regular security rounds and identify potential risks or security breaches.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, thefts, and security violations, and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures, including fire, medical emergencies, and evacuations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory security regulations, fire safety norms, and local laws.
- Liaise with police, fire department, and other government authorities whenever required.
- Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and recommend preventive measures.
- Train and guide security staff on SOPs, emergency response, and guest handling.
- Monitor vendor, contractor, and visitor access as per company procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents, visitor logs, key management, and security records.
- Maintain discipline and qualified conduct among the security team.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Certification in Security Management, Fire & Safety, or Industrial Security is preferred.
- Valid knowledge of fire safety regulations and emergency response procedures.

Experience & Skills

- 7–10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in hotels, luxury hospitality, or premium commercial properties is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, access control, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response.
- Good understanding of fire & life safety systems and statutory compliance.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage security teams effectively.
- Excellent incident investigation and report-writing skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital incident reporting systems.

- Experience working in 4-star/5-star hotels, luxury hospitality, or premium mixed-use developments.
- Calm and composed under pressure with excellent decision-making skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional and courteous approach.
- Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
