Role Overview:

As an Education Counselor, you will be responsible for understanding the career aspirations of prospective learners and recommending suitable learning programs. This is a consultative sales role where your communication skills, relationship-building ability, and goal-oriented mindset will drive successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with 80–100 prospective learners daily through calls and virtual counseling sessions
- Understand candidates' career goals, challenges, and upskilling requirements
- Recommend suitable courses and explain program features, benefits, and career outcomes
- Follow up with leads and guide them through the admission process
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
- Deliver an excellent counseling experience to every prospective learner





Who Can Apply?

- Fresh graduates looking to build a career in Sales or the EdTech industry
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in B2C Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Telecalling, or related roles
- Professionals from any industry seeking a career transition into sales
- Individuals with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
