We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Architect or Interior Designer for the Position of Teaching Faculty at our Nagpur Campus. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative design expertise, teaching ability, and industry knowledge to inspire and mentor students in the field of interior design.

As a faculty member, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging course content, evaluating student work, and ensuring the highest academic standards in design education.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures, studio sessions, workshops, and practical training in Interior Design subjects.
- Teach design fundamentals, space planning, furniture design, materials and finishes, building services, construction details, and design software.
- Guide students in design projects, portfolios, assignments, and research activities.
- Develop lesson plans, course materials, and assessment methods aligned with the curriculum.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, presentations, juries, and examinations.
- Stay updated with current industry trends, technologies, and design practices.
- Organize site visits, guest lectures,



exhibitions, and industry interactions.
- Mentor students for internships, competitions, and career development.
- Participate in academic planning, curriculum enhancement, and departmental activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of professional and/or teaching experience in Interior Design.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, construction methods, materials, and industry practices.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills

- Industry project experience and portfolio showcasing completed works.
- Ability to integrate practical and industry-oriented learning into classroom teaching.
- Strong interpersonal and student engagement skills.
- Research, innovation, and curriculum development capabilities.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
