Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and maintain regular follow-ups. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM data. - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support. - Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements: - Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
