Location: Khopoli, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Mechanical Engineering Preferred

Industry Preference: Steel / Wire Manufacturing / Engineering / Automotive Components

As a fast-growing organization, we are looking for a proactive Dispatch Executive to manage dispatch operations, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely delivery of finished goods while maintaining accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for planning and executing dispatch activities, coordinating with Production, Stores, Planning, Transporters, and Customers, preparing dispatch documentation, and ensuring on-time delivery of finished goods as per customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules based on customer delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure timely availability of finished goods.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch.
- Prepare delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, and other dispatch documents.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and loading of finished goods.




- Verify dispatch quantities, product specifications, and customer requirements before shipment.
- Track dispatched materials and coordinate with transporters until delivery.
- Maintain dispatch records, logistics reports, and transportation documentation.
- Monitor freight costs and support logistics cost optimization.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and customer-specific dispatch procedures.
- Maintain FIFO practices and proper stock movement coordination.
- Support inventory reconciliation and dispatch audits.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of dispatch operations and logistics coordination.
- Understanding of transportation management and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of e-way bills, delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch documentation.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.




- Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple dispatches and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Any Graduate / Diploma with 2–5 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, Warehouse, or Supply Chain within a manufacturing industry.
- Experience in steel, wire, engineering, automotive, or industrial manufacturing companies will be preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software.
- Strong understanding of dispatch planning, inventory movement, and transportation coordination.
- Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented professional.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with transporters, customers, and internal departments.
