About the Role

Vaidik Edu Services is looking for a creative and growth-oriented Social Media Executive who has hands-on experience managing social media accounts, either their own or for a company/brand. We are seeking candidates who understand audience engagement, content creation, social media trends, and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X(Twitter), and YouTube. • Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos. • Develop and maintain content calendars. • Monitor social media trends and suggest creative campaign ideas. • Engage with followers and build an active online community. • Track and analyze social media performance metrics. • Coordinate with internal teams to create content aligned with business objectives. • Research competitors and industry trends to improve engagement and reach.

Requirements





- Experience managing a social media account (personal or professional). • Must have managed an account with 5,000+ followers and be able to showcase growth and engagement results. • Robust understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement. • Basic graphic design and video editing skills. • Familiarity with Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Express, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools. • Strong communication and content-writing skills. • Self-motivated, creative, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in content creation, influencer marketing, or community management. • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting. • Experience creating viral or high-engagement content. • Students, fresh graduates, and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
