About the Role

YoungMinds Technology Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and motivated MATLAB/Simulink Engineer Freshers to join our engineering team. If you have a strong foundation in MATLAB, Simulink, and engineering concepts, along with a passion for modeling, simulation, and research, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, model, and simulate engineering systems using MATLAB and Simulink.
- Design and implement algorithms for engineering and research applications.
- Perform system modeling, analysis, and performance evaluation.
- Develop simulation models for control systems, signal processing, communication systems, power systems, or embedded systems.
- Analyze simulation results and prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Debug and optimize MATLAB code and Simulink models.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Support academic, R&D;, and industry-based engineering projects.
- Validate and verify simulation models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Create reusable MATLAB scripts, functions, and libraries.
- Stay updated with the latest MATLAB toolboxes and engineering technologies.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation, presentations, and project demonstrations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.




- Freshers with strong MATLAB/Simulink knowledge and academic projects are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MATLAB programming and Simulink model development.
- Understanding of control systems, signal processing, communication systems, power electronics, or embedded systems.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of numerical methods and engineering simulations.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering requirements.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Stateflow, Simscape, Simulink Coder, or Embedded Coder.
- Understanding of Model-Based Design (MBD).
- Basic programming knowledge in C, C++, or Python.
- Familiarity with hardware platforms such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, STM32, or DSP processors.
- Understanding of automotive standards such as AUTOSAR or ISO 26262 is an added advantage.
- Exposure to AI/ML applications using MATLAB is a plus.
- Experience with academic, research, or industrial simulation projects is an added advantage.What We Offer
