- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
- Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Handle employee grievances and provide HR support to staff.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
- Coordinate employee exit formalities,
including clearance and final settlements.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
