We are hiring a Team Leader to supervise and support a team of Telecallers. The ideal candidate should have experience in team handling, target monitoring, and customer communication. The role involves guiding team members, tracking daily performance, and ensuring smooth telecalling operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of Telecallers.
- Monitor daily calling activities and team performance.
- Guide team members to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Train new team members and provide regular coaching.
- Ensure timely customer follow-ups and quality communication.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
- Resolve operational issues and support the team.
- Coordinate with management regarding team performance.
- Maintain calling quality and process compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Team Handling, or Sales.
- Experience as a Team Leader,
Senior Telecaller, or Customer Support Team Lead will be preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
