Program Structure

Phase 1 – Recruiter Intern (First 6 Months)

- Monthly Stipend: ₹14,800

Phase 2 – Recruiter Trainee (Next 6 Months)

- Monthly Stipend: ₹18,000

Career Progression

Upon successful completion of the 12-month program, candidates will be considered for a full-time Recruiter position with a monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹25,000, based on performance, business requirements, and successful confirmation.

Work Requirement

- Candidate must carry their own laptop for work.

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and wants to build a career in technical recruitment. You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding selected candidates.

As a Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers to recruit talent for highly specialized engineering roles in the defence technology domain, including Robotics, Autonomous Systems, IoT Systems, Fire Control Systems, and Training Simulators.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

a. Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.

b. Understand technical job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.

c.



Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioral fit.

d. Conduct HR screening interviews and coordinate technical interview rounds.

e. Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

f. Negotiate compensation within company guidelines and assist in offer closure.

g. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.

2. Candidate Sourcing

a. Source candidates through multiple channels including:

i. LinkedIn

ii. Naukri

iii. Indeed

iv. Employee referrals

v. Professional communities

vi. Job portals

vii. Social media platforms

b. Proactively reach out to passive candidates through LinkedIn InMail and direct messaging.

c. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future hiring needs.

d. Explore unconventional sourcing methods for niche and difficult-to-fill positions.

3. Technical & Niche Hiring

a. Recruit for technical positions including:

i. Mechanical Design Engineers

ii. Electronics Hardware Engineers

iii. Embedded Engineers

iv. Robotics Engineers

v. Software Engineers

vi. Computer Vision Engineers

vii. AI/ML Engineers

viii. ROS Developers

ix. Firmware Engineers

x. Manufacturing & Production Engineers

b. Support hiring for specialized defence technology projects involving:

i. Robotics

ii. Autonomous Systems

iii. IoT Systems

iv. Fire Control Systems

v. Training Simulators

vi. Electro-Optical Systems

vii. Defence Electronics

4. Recruitment Documentation

a. Draft clear and comprehensive Job Descriptions (JDs).

b. Prepare offer letters and employment-related documents.

c. Coordinate onboarding documentation.

d. Maintain recruitment trackers, interview feedback, and hiring reports.

e. Ensure recruitment documentation is accurate and up to date.

5. Stakeholder Management

a. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.

b. Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment status reports.

c. Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
