Job Title: Client Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and responsible Client Support Executive to assist customers by handling inquiries, resolving basic issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Respond to client queries promptly and professionally.
- Record customer requests, complaints, and feedback accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Follow up with clients on pending requests and provide regular updates.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain daily communication logs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing courteous and efficient support.

Required Qualifications:

- Qualification: 12th Pass or equivalent qualification.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, client support, telecalling, front office, or a similar role is preferred.

Required Skills:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Valuable interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
