Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete site store operations for solar project materials.
- Receive and verify materials against PO, Delivery Challan, Invoice, and quantity.
- Handle materials such as solar modules, mounting structures, cables, inverters, transformers, electrical items, tools, spares, and consumables.
- Maintain GRN/MRN, inward-outward registers, stock records, issue slips, and material movement documents.
- Ensure proper stacking, tagging, preservation, and protected storage of materials.
- Issue materials to the EPC/site execution team based on approved material requisitions.
- Maintain accurate inventory and conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Track material consumption against BOQ/project requirements and prevent material loss, damage, and pilferage.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Project Execution, Logistics, Accounts, and Vendors.
- Follow up on pending material deliveries and ensure materials are available as per the project schedule.
- Maintain ERP/SAP or Excel-based inventory records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Manage scrap, surplus, rejected, and return materials.
