Tele Sales Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives (based on experience and interview performance)

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Working Schedule: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Weekly Off

Joining Preference: Immediate or candidates available to join within 15 days.

About the Role

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Sales Executives to support sales of birthday parties, corporate events, and entertainment packages. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, converting enquiries into bookings, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to birthday parties, corporate events, and group bookings.
- Convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Promote gaming, food & beverage, and event packages to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer information and update CRM records.
- Build positive customer relationships through timely follow-up and professional communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless booking execution.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.





Candidate Requirements

- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Tele Sales, Outbound Calling, Customer Service, Call Centre, or Sales Support.
- Good English communication skills are required.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Telugu, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
